Formaldehyde Modeling - Borden Chemical (2600009)
The toxics modeling in years 2001/2002 indicated that the facility was at 88 percent of the AAL for formaldehyde. However, during 2004 the facility has conducted a complete review and correction of facility-wide emissions. As a result, after the facility modifications are completed to ensure compliance with the MACT standards, an additional toxics analysis for formaldehyde will be needed to ensure compliance with 2D .1100.
